Tanisha Heritage Haweli Rooms

I really liked the old culture of Rajasthan and the cleanliness here.

Owner was straight forward and money minded.

This haveli is a very beautiful and cozy homestay with a very kind host. I took my car into the old city by mistake and almost got beaten up because I hit someone's stationary bike. But Anil bhai, the host, talked to the locals and settled everything. Good god. He also arranged a one-day tour of the city for me which covered the majority of landmarks in Bikaner.

Sipping chai in the serene courtyard while listening to the soft notes of traditional music was one of the highlights of our trip. I highly recommend this haveli to anyone visiting Bikaner — whether you’re a history lover, a photography enthusiast, or simply someone looking for a peaceful retreat. Staying here is not just accommodation, it’s an experience that immerses you in the culture, warmth, and beauty of this historic city. If you want to truly feel the soul of Bikaner, don’t miss this gem of a place.

Everything was exactly as promised. And to top it the host was extremely friendly.

Traditional 300 year old Haveli house, fully restored. Upper terrace is extremely cosy. Very clean and spacious room. The owners are very friendly and helpful. They do the extra step to make you feel comfortable. Last but not least: book for diner at the Haveli! The lady of the house is an amazing cook and prepares excellent vegetarian meals.

What a wonderful place to stay. I felt so relaxed, comfortable and at home. Also, with the communal terrace and breakfast, we met other lovely travellers. Thank you so much for having us ❤️ The family that owns the haveli and the host is wonderful and can't do enough to make your stay super special, including food, drinks, tuktuks to see the walled city.

Very friendly atmosphere. We were nearly members. All interesting buildings and Temples were reachable in walking distance. The owner of the hotel was very helpful for all questions and organised Tuk tuks for us. The fantastic dinner was for all guests together in a nice dining room. The hotel is in the Old City and tuk tuk is nessessary to reach the hotel.

Tanisha heritage, Bikaner 24th January 2025. Tanisha heritage was a very homely facility. We were early greeted by the owner who took us on a tour of the place, right up to the roof top space. Our room was on the first floor in a courtyard. In the centre of the courtyard was a family table where we took homemade breakfast and dinner. We were sat around the table with the other 4 guests and we were able to share stories of our trips, where we had been and where we were going; I really liked that. The room was quaint and quirky; very much Indian style; again a bonus. We had an ensuite with hot water for the shower and plenty of fluffy towels. I would definitely recommend this place to all adventurous travellers. I'm not sure if they had ground floor rooms for people with physical disabilities but one could always contact the property direct

Tanisha heritage homestay was one of cutest place I have ever seen. And the host was so lovely and friendly.

Very authentically preserved old haveli building with excellent location in the old part of the city. The room was big and comfortable. The furniture is not new but was perfectly clean; a big terrace with a lot of green plants in front of the room; the food you can order there is home made and tasty.

Best accommodation in bikaner. Delicious homemade food. Manisha took care of everything like a family member. Never had such care in any stay. Clean and beautiful place.

The location is good, at a stone's throw distance to the famous Rampuria Haveli, the Bikaner railway station is within 2 km, and the old market of Bikaner is adjacent. The host is very helpful and a hard-working lady who manages all the chores single-handedly. It is a little cozy homestay, a different experience altogether.

Excellant Food, super hostess, quiet.good location

The lady owner and the family were stunning and you feel totally welcome. We were invited in a small New Year’s party and we were please to be with them and not in a luxury structure. Very authentic

The owners are family of three. Anil ji, his wife and his little daughter. They are very nice people. They make the food really awesome. Dinner was delicious. Room was very nice. Breakfast was awesome.

A well decorated hotel run by a family. Specially the lady owner is very polite and helpful.. They happily allowed early check in at 6,15am without any extra charge.. Bathroom very neat and clean and hot water available from the geyser.Food is economical and delicious.complementary breakfast is limited menu but it is ok as per price of room Room is not spacious but small cabinet provided for keeping luggage. Situated in a narrow lane 2km from station.. Large sitting area in 2nd floor. Only disadvantage is that you have to carry luggage upstairs through a very narrow staircase but feel is like a Havelli....

We loved the location in the old city and the Haweli was spotlessly clean and a very cosy atmosphere. We found Anil and Manisha to be very good hosts.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed warmly and true Indian hospitality shown. The place is very pretty, the good excellent. We really enjoyed our stay.
